Your coping skills, the way you deal with conflict, hardship, anger, relationships, frustrations and fear all have their roots in your past.

But while understanding where you are is the key to knowing where you are going, the goal is not to dwell on the past but to understand it so you can move forward.

How I Work: Over the years I have always pushed the boundaries of the traditional therapeutic relationship. As a personal trainer for your life, I will take a walk with you, come to your home or office, or talk with you online. I will help you identify your goals and work with you to their successful completion.
